Around the place
It's been a busy few weeks with a couple of birthday parties, a bit of monkey business and some functions starting to come along to the pub. Recently I took a squiz at Kensington palace and Kew gardens but mostly went and partied in london a bit so here's a look at some of the people i've been hanging around with at this pub...
ok, we had been out for a while before this picture was taken hence the cheesy looks! from left to right Illious(aussie/greek), Jatin(indian), Myself(alien) & Monica(polish).....we never did learn what the name of the club was!

Now onto kew gardens...it's the largest botanical garden in britain and it really was a lot larger than i thought it would be. There were all sorts of wild animals and plants from golden pheasants to kangaroos, artic plants to eucalyptus trees and a peacock or two. In short the place has a whole bunch of listed buildings including kew palace (right), thousands of species of plants either in greenhouses, set up in areas by their family or unique flower arrangements; a really interesting picture display next to an inside climbing area for the kids, some nice ponds & wildlife - all the above mentioned plus squirrels (of course). For all this you pay about 12 pounds, pay a little bit more and you can pot about with all the oldies (luckily they're not driving) on a train like thing which drives on the paths.
Here's a view of the Temperate house, one of the many greenhouses about the place
